My practice is founded on a theory of mind that recognizes mental and emotional suffering as being far too complex to be accurately defined as a “chemical imbalance” or a simplistic grouping of symptoms.
I believe that there is no single path to behavioral and emotional health. I use my training and experience with a variety of techniques to identify and address the symptoms, behaviors, and problems of your particular, unique challenges.
Together, we will explore the connections of your emotions, behaviors and beliefs. You will become aware of how these connections move you and you will learn to change the ways they shape your responses to people, events and changes in your environment.
You will be able to dismiss dysfunctional patterns of behavior and thought.
You will discover new, healthier and happier ways of life as it should be.
